In Fact, you can put an X-Compact grip module on an X-Carry while you cant do the other way around without modification. The SIG X and the Wilson Combat P320 grip modules are more comfortable and naturally-pointing than any factory Glock grip. The Shadow Systems, P80, and Zev-tek grips are better than the factory Glocks and approach the SIG X & WC grips in comfort and "pointability".Another vote for considering the P320 Compact. While it's a bit shorter grip, and holds 15 rounds, if you intend to carry it, it it much more concealable - it's comparable to the Glock 19 in size.
